How long does the design study take before construction begins?

Is the initial technical visit free throughout Souss-Massa?+

Yes. The initial technical visit is completely free and without obligation throughout the Souss-Massa region, including Chtouka Aït Baha, Taroudant, Houara and Tiznit. We travel within 24 to 48 hours of your request.

Do you carry out design studies outside the Souss-Massa region?+

Yes. We carry out design studies for projects in Saïdia, Berkane, Dakhla, Marrakech, Sidi Bouslham, Larache, El Jadida and Guelmim. For distant sites, an on-site visit can be organised or the preliminary study can be based on cadastral plans and satellite data provided by the client.

Can plans be modified after fabrication has begun?+

Minor modifications (adding a door, changing a ventilation opening) are possible up to 50% of fabrication progress in our Ait Amira workshop, without major additional cost. Significant structural modifications are possible but require a revised quote. This is why Elman Ajdir insists on fully validating plans before starting fabrication.
